The Johnson Family's Classic Celeriac Remoulade
one of Misha’s family’s favorite recipes
Ingredients:
1 large (or 2 small) head celeriac, peeled & grated
Dressing:
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup mayonaise
3 tbsp. Dijon mustard
2 tbsp wine vinegar
2 tsp. chopped fresh tarragon or 1/2 tsp. dried
salt & pepper to taste

Ingredients:
1 large (or 2 small) head celeriac, peeled & grated
Dressing:
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup mayonaise
3 tbsp. Dijon mustard
2 tbsp wine vinegar
2 tsp. chopped fresh tarragon or 1/2 tsp. dried
salt & pepper to taste
Directions:
- Grate celeriac into a bowl.
- In a separate bowl, combine the two oils and mustard. Beat until smooth and creamy.
- Beat in vinegar.
- Season.
- Stir into celeriac.
- Let marinate for at least two hours. Serve chilled.
